Just keep doing it, over, and over, and over again!. I used to be a little scared of performing in front of people (but never any serious stage fright) and I have been doing musical theatre for a few years now and walking on a stage is just like walking into my house!. If you're able to get into your drumming enough, though, you might be able to trick yourself into believing that no one is there!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Like what everyone else said above^^^

Whenever you get up on stage, just try to imagine that you and your bandmates are the only ones up there--and that no one's watching

Try to relax a bit, breathe deep, and exhale out deep!. Try to free your mind of any worries and motivate yourself that, " You can do it!" and that you have "nothing to lose!." Do your best to focus on the drumming, and the drumming only!.!.

Try practice performing with a small group of people such as with family and friends!. Keep on practicing, and you should be able to get used to dealing with larger crowds!

Even if you making small errors here and there while performing, you'll gain experience from it, and before you know it!.!. Your stage fright will be reduced to nothing! (:Www@Enter-QA@Com

Don't worry! Everyone goes through this!.

Just imagine the audience isnt there and just concentrate on your drumming!. Just have fun out there and enjoy the experience!. Feel the beat and go with it!.

Feel the music and you wont worry about the audience!. Look at other performers for inspiration!. See what they do, and see how well it turns out!.

and the most important thing is, just get out there and have a ball! Www@Enter-QA@Com

Get up there, take a deep breath and just do it baby!!! Remember that you are in control of your emotions and if being a performer is truly your calling then make it happen by thinking positive thoughts!. Put a smile on and connect with not just your audience but yourself!. God bless you :)Www@Enter-QA@Com

all u have 2 do is to trust yourself and say everything is going to be ok and that u wonk stuff up and it matters some people a month or 2 others more there is not an actul month or spave of time some never but hay thats only 1 out of 100 ull be okWww@Enter-QA@Com

This goes away the more and more you play, for sure!. Just try to enjoy your playing and not worry about scoring points with the audience!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
