I love both beethoven and mozarts Turkish Marches!. They are so different but they are both such wonderful songs!.

I love to play Joplins "the entertainer" because it always is fun and entertaining!. LOL!.

I also love to play Canon in D by Pachelbel but that's written for harpsichord and I think that it sounds a little odd on piano!.

I like to play improvised jazz piano!. For a performance though that is not such a good idea though!.

GOOD LUCK

Classical!? fur Elise!. There's a song called Lux Aeterna!. It's my favorite over all to play!.!.!.there's two versions!. one that goes with like an orchestra but it sounds terrible on its own and then there's one that sounds awesome on its own but it's a bit more complex!. If you can find the stand-alone piano version then that would be awesome!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Responding to the first poster:
There are MANY pieces called "Lux aeterna", ranging from sections of Requiem Masses to choral pieces to soundtrack songs, by many different composers!.

Why don't you go to your instructor (if you have one) and ask that person to help you pick out some repertoire!? If you don't have an instructor, you should get one, especially if you want to enter competitions!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
