I prefer Dylan by far!. I respect Sinatra - he was cool, he had style and talent - but Dylan!.!.!. is Dylan!. lol A unique, extremely iconic singer-songwriter who's never removed his finger from the pulse of humanity and the modern world!. He's simply far more INTERESTING to me than Sinatra and his crew!.

FRANK SINATRA! his songs are just good! his voice is beautiful, and he's got such a charming air!. the era he represents is carefree, which presently makes for a nice escape from reality when one listens to his music!. he's got such a range of songs, happy, sad, jubilant, proud, longing, etc!.!.but something for everyone, which might be why he's got such a large fan base!. to me, he's the bigger legend for so many reasons!.
i've honestly rarely listened to bob dylan!.!.i don't know what it is, but he just doesn't appeal to me!. i'm one of those people who one just assumes listens to him, and people always say "what!?!? are you serious!?" when i tell them i never really felt compelled to listen!. no one's ever said to me, "man, there's this great bob dylan song you should hear, there's no way you can't like it!.!."!.!.!.!.!.!.know what i mean!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Oh wow! What an impossible question to answer!. They both spoke, and defined, a generation waiting for leadership!. Personally I totally dig Bob Dylan and his music!. Blonde on Blonde is still one of my favorite albums ever, yet I understand how Sinatra spoke to the generation before Bob!. If you put a gun to my head and made me pick I would say Bob Dylan!. He was part of a revolutionary time in American history and helped lead that revolution!. I wish we, as Americans, could be so revolutionary now that our country has gone to hell in hand basket!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'd take Pat O'Brien ( who sucked) over Frank Sinatra!.
Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen all the way!.
Even Al Jolson an old man in 1949-50 outdid Sinatra!.
Sinatra became famous from his connections not his talent( which in Nil)!.
( Sorry all you Sinatra fans)!.
