I just got done answering a question asking what the best country song was!. The only catch was that it could only be two years old! It was a little upsetting to see that singers like Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood were mentioned numerous times!. (I agree, they have good music, but I don't really consider it country!.)
I may be young but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate good ol fashioned country music! Don't get me wrong, modern country is great, but if you want genuine country, you gotta go for the oldies!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

The problem is that sex sells with just about everything including country music anymore!. It's like there's a mold in nashville and they just keep popping out a fresh new lookalike with mediocre songs and talent!. Don't get me wrong, i've loved some of the country in the last decade, but give me some Keith Whitley RIP, Tanya Tucker and Alan Jackson!. I'm with "Jonds"!.!.!.there's still good country music you just have to look for it somewhere other than on "country" radio!. A lot of it is on NPR in their bluegrass segments or on "alt-country" Internet radio!.
