I assume you mean with a software instrument, in which case open up the 'matrix edit' window (double click on the block that you want to bend) and go to >view >hyperdraw >pitchbend!. It may take a while to get right, but is possible!.
If you mean live instrument (or audio track) you can insert the pitch shifter plugin and automate the semitones there!. Hope this helps!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
