Both songs are good enough demos!. Here's some objective points:
Pretty girl: It's feel good and melodic but I lost interest half way through!. The backing vocals need tightened up - the phrasing should match the lead exactly!. Some ooh's and ahh's would work well with this song - perhaps some falseto too!.
Stuck outside: I think stuck outside is an ok title!. Don't labour over the lyrics or title - often your first ideas are the best!.
It's a fun sounding catchy song and you sing it well!.
