Answers:
First of all !.!.!.!.YOU DONT ADJUST ACTION WITH THE TRUSS ROD !. WHO THE HELL EVER TOLD YOU THAT !. " ACTION " is adjusted at the BRIDGE!. And another thing !.!.!.!.!.!.the truss rod is for fixing a bowed neck, and it doesn't work by " CRANKING DOWN"!.!.!.!.!.it is NOT a question of tightening something!. THE TRUSS ROD IS NOT SOMETHING THAT GETS LOOSE

You should take the guitar to an expert, before you crack the neck, break the truss rod, loosen the frets, or just plain " Mess Everything Up "

Stop what you are doing !.!.!.!.!.!.!.like NOW!!!!!!

The truss rod should never, ever be turned more than 1/4 to 1/2 a turn!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.EVER !
