Well, I can't immediately come up with any better examples, so to answer the opposite question, let's consider that Napalm Death have NO original members remaining, which is equally rare:
1987 "Scum" Napalm Death lineups (not even then the original lineup):
Side A:
Nik Bullen - Vocals/Bass
Justin Broadrick - Guitar
Mick Harris - Drums
Side B (recorded ten months later):
Lee Dorrian - Vocals
Bill Steer - Guitar
Jim Whitely - Bass
Mick Harris - Drums
Current/Recent Lineup:
Mark "Barney" Greenway - Vocals
Mitch Harris - Guitar
Jesse Pintado - Guitar (until he died in 2006)
Shane Embury - Bass
Danny Herrera - Drums
(Mitch Harris and Mick Harris are two different people)
They have such a weird history with other bands, too; the "Scum" members all fragmented off to various big metal projects like Godflesh, Cathedral, Scorn, and Carcass, whereas the recent folks all gradually replaced them as they came in from other projects like Unseen Terror, Righteous Pigs, Benediction, and Terrorizer!.!.!.
On another note, not only is Bruce Dickinson not an original member of Iron Maiden (he replaced Paul Di'Anno), but neither are Adrian Smith (replaced Dennis Stratton), Nicko McBrain (replaced Clive Burr), or Janick Gers (replaced Adrian Smith, and then stayed on when he came back)Www@Enter-QA@Com
