What CD's should I download?!

I did a system restore on my computer and so I have no music!.

I'm into bands like AFI, Motion City Soundtrack, Aiden, Death Cab for Cutie!.

I likes very few, but some, hip hop or rap or whatever you call it!. Particularly that one guy who sounds different!. Umm you know who I mean, he's black!. He's real big right now!. he had some music video and the lyrics were like "be together" oh yeah, I remember his name, Akon!.


I like rock, but mostly the unique stuff that doesnt sound like the average bands!. You know, 3 doors down is an example or average rock!. theres a thousand bands and they all sound similar to them!.
I dont want that!. I'd rather have hoobastank!.

So when I say alternative rock, I dont mean the genre but actual bands that sound different, an example would be Coheed and Cambria (but i'm not too into them)

I'm an Atheist so no christian bands, I dont care how good they are, if their songs are all about god, they have no meaning to me, and for me the lyrics are the biggest factor!.


Thanks for the help, if possible name actual CD's, that way I dont have to look up the latest CD for whatever bands you guys suggest!.
