Question: Section of Mama by MCR!? (10 points!? =])!?
I have a question about a section of this song, respectively from the album "The Black Parade!." The vocals remind me very much of a section from another song- and I believe it's a Pink Floyd song from "The Wall!." While I have found a lot of sources saying that the Black Parade was influenced by "The Wall," I cannot figure out what song these vocals were inspired by!.
If you have the track, the section I'm talking about is from 1:38-1:53 (particularly 1:44-1:48)!. The lyrics are "Oh Mother what the war did to my legs and to my tongue/You should have raised a baby girl I should have been a better son/If you can coddle the infection they can amputate at once!."
