Yes Of course!.!.!.that's a ballad titled 'Remembering' by the Hungarian band 'Omega'!. I have all of their albums!. Many were released on the German 'Bellephon/Bacilus' label, available in quadraphonic stereo, and sung in English!. They also released alternate Hungarian stereo versions of many of their 70's LP's as well on the Hungarian 'Pepita' label!.
The song 'Remembering' can be found on their 1973 self titled German release English vocals LP!. This is what the album cover looked like:

It was also available once again a year later on the 1974 German release 'Omega III' on the Bellaphon/Bacilus label!. Here is a download for the song/album:

Here's a little more info on that album:http://tinyurl!.com/3n4pqw

An American self titled 'Best Of' compilation LP released on the defunct 'Passport Records' label back in 1975 also contained the song!. I still see this floating around used record stores from time to time for between $5 - $15!. This is what it looked like:http://tinyurl!.com/44qygu

The bands original German and Hungarian pressing are now quite rare here in North America!. And if you do see them, they're often quite pricey, or in poor condition!.

Here's a more recent performance by the band, where they play 'Nem Tudom a Neved'!. It was one of their most popular songs during the mid 70's!. The English version of the song was called Help To Find Me, and can be found on the same album as Remembering:

Great band, and it's the first time I've seen them mentioned here in my 18 months as a member of R&P!.

I left you a comment for your mystery tune 'Remembering' on Youtube a few minutes ago!. Hope that helps!

*I just found this video on Youtube taped in 2002, which appears to be a group of high school kids performing a fairly decent version of the song!. I noticed that you've found it as well, and left a comment!. Although it says 'Remembering' by Omega this band is not Omega!.!.!.not unless they've discovered the fountain of youth! Lol!. The members Omega would be in their 50's and 60's by now:

I must go now and can't listen to it!.!.!.but I will drop in later!. I starred it so some of my very knowledgeable friends on R&P can listen and tell you ok!?

edit:<<<<<<<<<<<<< I am back and I listened to this song finally and must say had never heard before!. But I knew that by starring this my friend Smiley would see this question and know about it!.

There is not one person here on R&P who has even a small fraction of his knowledge about Classic Rock from all over the world!. I am in awe and I am not a very impressionable person!.
My family is from former Yugoslavia and Smiley knows A LOT more bands from the Balkans then I!. He has more albums from my favorite Yugo bands then I!.
But guess what!? Instead of feeling jealousy and hatred!.!.!.!.envy and resentment!.!.!.!.like so many other users here show towards him!.!.!.!.!.!.!. For me he is the super cool and fun Prof!. Dr!. Smiley and I feel very proud to have him as a friend!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I am neither a DJ nor a classic rock fan, nor a fan of any type of rock!. My classics are Vivaldi, Orff, Beethoven, et al!

I hope my profile does not show me as "into" this genre of music, tho some is actually good musically!.

Sorry! But not too, as I have been able to enjoy real thematic and developed music, and participate in performances many times!.

There is good and bad music in all genres, just I have heard too much bad rock music, devoid of redeeming musical value, to like it much!.

Thanks for asking, but I cannot help, and I hope my profile did not lead you to believe I could!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
