Hey my brethren! Welcome to a very important question! OK, who here hates all those rockband and guitar hero posers who think they know METALLICA but in reality they have only heard one, enter sandman, and justice for all!.!.!. and blackened!? I hate them, then they have the audacity to call me a poser because I wear a ride the lightning shirt and MoP shirt, it pisses me off and I want it to stop, please insight me on your experiences with dipshits! And they don't have to be rb or gh posers OK!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Little Big Dave has a good point, but I've got to disagree about a couple of things - 1) I have never stopped liking Metallica because of the success they have achieved, and 2) Just because some dipsh*ts get into Metallica from a video game or some other similar thing does not make me like them any less!. They deserve the success they have worked hard for, and they deserve more respect then what most people give them, especially their fans or former fans!. What is so wrong with a band getting more and more recognized as time goes by!? Isn't that what is supposed to happen!? Some people become musicians because they want to become famous just for the money, but there are others who become musicians solely for the love of making music and want to share it with the rest of the world!. That is what Metallica has been doing the past 27 years, whether you agree or disagree!.
I admit I am pretty sketchy when it comes to those who first heard of Metallica from a video game, and I admit that I tend to dislike them (until I get to know them and possibly change my mind), but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't glad that this person came across Metallica!. I mean, I want as many people as possible to be exposed to them and hopefully feel what I feel when listening to them!.

I've been with Metallica since the Ride the Lightning/Master of Puppets days!. They were kind of a safe haven of bands, like the place you would go when you needed solitude!.
Then the commercialism just wrecked that feeling!. I remember putting a few cold ones away at a bar in St!. Cloud and I selected "Am I Evil" on the juke box!. The bartender and I started up a conversation about the band and I mentioned I didn't like them as well since they became a more commercial success!.
He asked me why I didn't like them as well now, and almost on cue this drunken sorority-type bimbo started shouting along with "Enter Sandman!."
Pointing to the drunken ditz, I responded "THAT'S why I don't like them so well now!." He nodded understandingly!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Back in the 80's i remember a local music video show that used to come on every sat!. night called miscellaneous!.
