Does anybody know this music video?!

I'm trying to find a music video, I'm really sorry but I don't even know the name of the song or the artist that it is by!. In the music video, there are a bunch of kids and like some of them set a car on fire and one girl has a wolf head hat thing!. also, towards the end they run up the side of a cliff and jump and fly off into the air one by one; except for the last child who hesitates and falls!.
