I think I know what you are talking about!. All of the artists are hand drawn very well, correct!? It is actually a poster I have seen for sale many times, and owned once!. It is not just East Coast Rappers, but they are the more famous becasue they are the older ones!. Check some poster sites!. I think that rap pic was taken as a tribute to the guys that came up during the Harlem Renaissance!. It was a pic of a lot of rappers in Harlem years later (even a few West Coast brothas)!. And yes, it was in XXL!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
