I really want to become a famous singer?!
Question: I really want to become a famous singer!?
Ever sense I was 6 I have wanted to be a famous singer!. I am not sure what to do and my family is middle class, so we might not be able to hire an agent!. Maybe if you know of any places for American Idol tryouts or America's Got Talent or something!.

First of all, Never let ANYONE let you believe that you cant! Second, it depends of what kind of singer you want to be!.
Ex:
Rock- you gotta have a band
Rap-you gotta have beats and a DJ
Opera- you need an orchestra
I know what i mean!.!.!.
There are thousands of ways you can get yourself known!. It really depends on where you live!.
See i live in San Francisco and it is not hard at all to go to touristy spots or a subway station and play music and pass out promotional CDs or fliers!.
I also noticed that your SN is "Catholic Chick", Church is another Great way to promote yourself as a musician!.
I play guitar in our youth group worship team and every 6 months we get an oppertunity to play worship for the regular services!. For th past 5 years now i get recognized all over the place!. i often get asked "Hey are you from Highlands Church!? Yeah you play the Guitar!"
So consider that a possibility!.

This question is asked so often that I have addressed it in my FAQ (see link below)!. Agents generally work on commission, so you don't pay them until after you've been paid (actually they negotiate the deal and collect before they pay you)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
