almost everyone i know hates what i listen to!. i dont really care though, im not gonna change for them!.!.!. i just politely (barely) reject mainstream anything!. these are my recent avorite bands:

I like some of the above bands,but I share a distaste for Nickelback and MCR with other contributors!.If you want some alternative rock/metal in your list,IMO there's better stuff out there(Pixies,The Smiths!.!.!.)!.

All I saw was Nightwish! Rock on my good fellow! Why's it so low on your list!? I'll pretend that was an oversight!.!.!.
As for our other top-ranking bands, some are okay!. I like Evanescence!. Others I've heard a lot of good stuff about and have been meaning to have a listen to!. But some I've never heard of, and quite honestly have no intention of looking up!.

I don't listen to those bands, but it shouldn't matter!. You should listen to whatever you like, no matter if anyone else likes it or not!. People's individual tastes in music help to define who they are!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think you have pretty good taste in music, i don't like the softer stuff and the emo stuff, but there's a few bands i listen to there, like Nile, Tool, Opeth, Meshuggah!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
