I think meshuggah, they have a 7 string guitar and tune down 3 full steps!. so its like drop b on standard, with a 7!.!.!.sorta!.

actually the lowest is F# and a band would be Meshuggah Frank just uses and 8 string Ibanez instead of tuning down oh and Divine Heresy Dino too!.
