This is a tough question cuz i'm a big fan of both!.
But i would have to say after much thinking that GNR's music is better!.
GNR has a greater variation in their songs; from hard driving rock (Welcome to the Jungle, Paradise City) to rock ballad (November Rain) to classic rock anthem (Sweet Child of Mine)!.
AC/DC has great music but it's mostly similar stuff over and over!. It's great for rocking out and partying to!. But the songs just sound so alike!.

GnR's album Appetite for Destruction is better than anything ACDC put out!. GnR really fell off the map after that CD though!. Use Your Illusions had November Rain, but for the most part they were unremarkable!.
ACDC has a bunch of songs that are played and are decent, though I don't think they have songs that I would consider are better than GnRs good ones, but they have more sustainable music and they stayed together over the years!.
