1970's or 1960's song!. Heard on the oldies station the other day!. Pretty sure I've heard it in the past!. Strictly instrumental, brief interludes of harpsichord I couldn't imitate with my voice!.

that's "love is blue", best known in a instrumental version by Paul Mauriat!.
But in fact it's a French song ""L'Amour est Bleu" sung by Vicky Leandros, and it was the Luxemburg entry in 1967for what in Europe is known as The European Song Contest!.
