Mine is either By the Way or Stadium Arcadium
I like By the Way because of it's emotional, melodic lyrics and music with an almost spacy atmosphere while creating deep emotional contact about love and drug addiction!. And Can't stop is a great F%#*ing song!.
I like Stadium Arcadium because of it's more energetic, almost-blues based songs, layered guitar parts and a definite essence of the original funk that made the chili peppers famous

Mothers Milk: awesome songs on that album after the shake up from Hillel Slovaks death, John Frusciantes first album with the band and as he was a young lad at the time he punched out some amazing guitar work on it!.
Best song on the album: Subway to Venus
Blood Sugar Sex Magik: John Frusciantes second album, Anthony Kiedis is clean after a bout of addiction, some of the most iconic riffs are in that album!. Great melodies, great songs, great lyrics

Got to go with Stadium Arcadium just due to the shear genius in that album and the number of great songs!. But, my perennial favorites so to speak are By the Way and Californication!. All excellent stuff!. Fav song just depends on my mood : Parallel Universe, Purple Stain, Animal Bar!. Too many fabulous songs to choose just one!.
