I like both equally - they are my two favourite times for music!.
My favourite genres were in their primes in those decades [Gothic Rock and Deathrock in the 80s, Shoegazing in the 90s] so I don't think I could choose between them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The '90s were way too angst-ridden!. The '80s saw a revolution in music technology, first with analog synths, drum machines, and sequencers, and then digital synthesis, samplers, and computers!. It seems like we haven't really accomplished much since then!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I like both but I'd have to say that 80's is better!. I was born in the 90's but my parents listen to a lot of 80's stuff and i like most of it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I like both but!.!.!. 90's had Grunge, the greatest form of music since punk!. It beats the crap out of hair metal!. In the 90s passion was brought back to rock music and great new artists came about!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
