Answers:
Since you have two flats, you are in the key of B flat!. this means that whenever you see a B or an E, you play them a half-step lower, or flatted!. Even if there is nothing next to them!. People write it like that so the paper isnt over crowded with flat or sharp signs!. If theres a symbol next to a B or an E that look kind of like a number sign, though, you would play it normally, or naturally!. However when you see those natural signs or sharp signs, they only count for the measure that there in!. so is you saw a B natural marked, all the B's in the measure after and including the B with the natural sign would be natural, but then after the measure it would return to being flat!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

HERE'S THE COMPLETE EXPLAINATION!.
THERE ARE ACTUALLY 12 NOTES C C# D D# E F F# G G# A A# B!.
IF U SAY FLAT OF E THEN IT MEANS JUST A HALF NOTE BEFORE E THAT IS D#
THEREFORE IF WE SAY C# THEN IT MEANS Db OR IF WE SAY
Bb THEN IT MEANS A# !.
AS THERE ARE TWO FLATS ,THE SONG MIGHT BE EITHER IN
D MAJOR SCALE OR B MINOR SCALE !.IN BOTH THESE SCALES THERE ARE ONLY TWO FLATS THAT IS Gb AND D FLAT!.THERFORE U WILL HAVE TO PLAY Gb IN PLACE OF G AND Db IN PLACE OF D
# = SHARP
b = FLAT!.
HOPE THIS WILL CLEAR YOUR CONFUSIONWww@Enter-QA@Com

The flat symbols should be on the ledger lines!. Those are the notes that are to automatically be played flat!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
