Eddie Vedder!. He's one of the very few artists who sings better live than recorded, and for that, I give him major points!. My decision may be biased after his performance of "Given to Fly" for the Katrina fundraiser a few years ago!.
But he has a downside, too: His voice may be powerful and soothing, but he's often intelligible!. "Yellow Ledbetter" may be the best example of this---I've loved this song for years, and I don't think I know -any- of its lyrics yet!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well since Eddie Vedder sounds just like a mange-infested Yak choking on cactus thorns while it dies of dysentary every time He opens His mouth, and is BY FAR the WORST excuse for a Vocalist in all Rock History!.!.!.!.

This is not an easy question!. It is really not a matter of better, it is a matter of preference, I prefer Jagger!. He has such a wide spectrum of songs with the Stones that will live forever!.
I just don't see any Pearl Jam songs being relevant in the next twenty years the way the Rolling Stones songs still are!.

Mick Jagger for sure he has a great soulful voice and blues vocal and just all around better he can sing anything god i seen the stones live and mick sing angie and it blew me away, I also love the way he sings "Love in Vain" Mick jagger hands down!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
