Les Rallizes Dénu, is an AWESOME japanese psychedelic band, but they're a bit older!. I think they're still touring, though!.
Fushitsusha's great to, but I think they released their last album in 2001!.
Kousokuya's my all time favorite j-psych band!. They're defuct as well though, but I suggest you check out their album "The Dark Spot!."
