Is playing the organ harder than piano!? Well, there is really no absolute answer to it to!.!.
Different aspects!.!.
as some people mentioned about organ is harder because of the coordination of hands and feet!.!.
I think,
techniques certainly are different in both!.!.
organ,
for a beginner, it's hard to coordinate, especially, your left hand has the tendency to play what your feet play!.!.however, coordination will come when you get it!.!.(just like riding bicycle)
organ playing is not about touch but "release" - choices of articulation, timing of release, choices of sound registration!.!.!.It is like having an orchestra in front of you!.!.but you have to let the instrument speak itself!.!.
You can't have different dynamic to one note!.!.!.!.if you press the keys harder, it wont give you a bigger sound!! (however, you can pedal to close the pipe to reduce the sound gradually!.!.and change color through registration!.!.)
piano, on the other hand has more to do with touch!.!.!.you have color, dynamic,
also pedal technique due to specific composer and era!.!.!.
Both are difficult in their own way!.!.
Both instruments have many wonderful pieces to play!.!.and fun, too
my experience, organ playing!.!.!.like hanging in the air!.!.you never feel grounded!.!.sometimes, like dancing!.!.lol!.!.!.
relax and you will enjoy trying different combination of sound to create music!.!.
piano, require more strength to make big sound - because instrument wont make big sound for you!.!.
much more like carving!.!.you have to do much more to make the instrument sounded the way you want it to!.!.

As your first two responders have already pointed out, the organ is a most difficult instrument to master: it's not known as the "king of instruments" for nothing!. So for at least when you're just starting out, I would forget it, for sure!.
The piano is a most wonderful, and probably the most resourceful of all; but they - a good one - can be relatively quite expensive!.
So my recommendation is that you begin with a keyboard; they are much cheaper, and if you should decide that musical instruments are not really "your thing" after all, you want have big stuck with a "consequential" financial expense!.

Organ is really hard trust me i've been taking it for more than a year!. You need very very good piano or keyboard skills to play organ because not only you play with your hands but you also play with your feet and that gets really difficult, trust me piano or keyboard skills are a must when learning how to play organ!. I suggest you learn how to play piano because it is the most common instrument and it is really resourceful!. Hope this helpsWww@Enter-QA@Com

i've played piano for 10 years, and i really enjoy it!.
i started out just taking normal piano lessons, and i practiced at a keyboard at home!. once i got better i bought a real, larger piano!.
