Some singing questions????!

I showed my friend a vid of me singing, and he said i could sing, but then i recorded some songs that i wrote on my camera and i cant sing stuff i write!. Any ideas why!? <- i dont play an instrument!. Just write then sing!.

Then, i apparently sing 150% better when my friend plays guitar and i sing to it, like randomly freestyle a song!. I can match the guitar perfectly and add creative little changes in my voice and he said it sounds amazing!. But i cant sing when im recording on the camera!. Whys this!?
