I notice most people here don't think Pac is the GOAT, and some even believe he's overrated, but I dont see that!. IMO he is without a doubt the GOAT!.

he's not the GOAT but he is one of the greatest, i'm guessing the best is coz of the east and west war!. think about it all ppl say biggie and pac was the best and who was beefing at that time biggie and pac on the opposite coasts!. if you look at any pac's songs he have great lyrics but is lacking punch lines and flow, but biggine on the other hand had flow and great punch lines but not lyrically strong as pac!. if you look at other rappers Rakim HAD them all and so DOES nas, so does lupe fiasco but he's still fresh on the game so give him some time!. so to answer your question he is not GOAT and is overrated Www@Enter-QA@Com
This is strictly my opinon but I think Pac is overrated!. Pac takes me to special places with his music but his wordplay is limited!. He's what I call a get to the point rapper and with the amount of sh!t I listen to his intermediate skills bore me!. His message though is inspiring and touches the listener!. Because of Pac 'get to the point' rappers like Young Jeezy are still making it in 08!. You want to get deeper though listen to Pharoahe Monch or GZA and try breaking that down!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
