Or albums cos i really wanna pre-order A little bit longer by the Jonas Brothers but can't find pre-order anywhere!?!?

Just guessing, but I would say no!.
There is really no reason they would allow pre ordering because it would just be a pain in the butt for them!. Once they receive the go ahead to put the digital file on their server there is no worry of a sellout and you can download right away!. A sellout and to get it as soon as it is out are really the only reasons for pre orders!.
I know Amazon!.com does take pre orders for their CDs, but that is a US only place!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
