80's song? Artists and title please?!

Was available in French and English!. English version said "Dead boy dead girl!.!.!.etc"!. French version which got a lot more radio play while the English version was only in clubs as far as I could tell said something like "Sa ba blu moi"!.!.!.spelled wrong I'm sure!. Just heard the French version on a commercial for Gossip Girl I think!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
