Honestly, I wouldn't!. I'm mostly against strange baby names!.!.!.Vedder and co!. aren't going to be grateful for your tribute to them anyway, so what's the point!? People will probably assume his name is Luke!. Think about it!.!.!.is your favorite song at the moment a really good basis for a name your son will carry all his life!?
If you're really crazy for Pearl Jam, how about an obvious choice: Jeremy!. Just don't name him Yellow Ledbetter!. :)

To be honest I think it's a bad idea for a first name!. My parents named me Delorie, and it's supposed to rhyme w/ celery, but 9 out of 10 people pronounce it wrong (or call me desirae or melanie or something), and it's really annoying!.
