It's a woman!. and it's extremely difficult to explain the song!. But it consists of ooooooh ooooooh ooooooh ooh ooh ooh oooooh ooh etc!. There's alternating pitch on the ooh's like oooooh(mid) oooooh(high) oooh(low)!. i've seen it in a commercial where a mother sings to her baby with constant "ooohs"!. lol any help!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
