Question: I want to progress my guitar skills,help me !?
I have been playing for 3 years now!.This is is my fourth year now!.I Play well songs rhythm and sometimes scales!.I really want to improve my lead and scales and knowing how to solo properly!.Can anyone recommend me ways are even websites !?Www@Enter-QA@Com

first of all, if you want to be a good guitarist, dont practice famous guitar songs!. everyone wants to play stairway to heaven and be jimmi hendrix!. but they already exsist! you will never be famous by being a copy of someone!. secondly, since anyone who practices can play a guitar part on a guitar, try playing something that wasnt meant for guitar and no guitarist has ever played!. im talking about classical music!. if you learn a classical piece and practice it, your playing tecnique will change to make playing this song easier!. that is style!. you probably wont be able to play jimmy page solos, but who cares!? you will be unique and surely get more amazed looks from rocking out to a distorted version of js bachs fantasia than a slash solo!. and how awesome will you look when even your cities best kirk hammond wannabe cant copy you!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

You have to memorize the fretboard!. I've been playing for 36 years and am just now learning that!. But I agree with the answer about doing your own thing rather than copying some1 else!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
