I always say I was born 25 years too late!.
But, since I was only born in 1982, maybe I lived through the 1960's in my previous life {and died young, or was an old Rocker}!.
I've always been very drawn to that era, which is why I'm sure I *was* there!.!.!.

I did live in the sixties, but I was a kid 5-9 I still remember alot
of the shows, movies, and music I remember my childhood as
being the best time of my life It was so easy to make and keep
friends, people were so nice to be around back then

I lived in the 60's but I missed it to many drugs and party's and so so so so so much fun I'd love to go back and see what it's all about and just to see what you all are talking about!. I think I remember some of the bands let's see there was the Beatle car I think that was a band or was it the rolling ponies, and then I think there was a real big one called Pink Who Zed, I think it was something like that or it could have been the Zed Pink Who!. I remember the biggest band of all called Cheech & Chong with songs like: Baskeball Jones, Black Lassie, Bloat On, Born In East L!.A!. Dave, Earache My Eye, Framed, Sister Mary Elephant, and who could ever for get The Three Little Pigs!.
Do you think Cheech & Chong might still be there if they are I really want to go back!.

I agree with John L!. Although I was born in the early '60s!. Sometimes you look back with too much fondness!. A lot of people do this about the '60s!. True they had some great music, but most people don't realize that the real hippies were out by 1967, replaced with homeless heroin addicts who passed themselves off as hippies, & who survived by begging money!.
The history channel recently had a great show about the 1960s, & hippies!. Look for it!.

Nah!.!.!. I came of age in the early '70s and was wild enough! I shudder to think what I would have been like if I'd been a few years older (turned 13 in 1969 and was SO pleased to finally be a teenager :-)
