Who sings that old song that goes "ohh le le baby"?!

it's a really catchy song sung by a baby or it's supposed to sound like a baby, it's prolly from the 90's, electronic type just remember something like "oh le le baby", then bla bla bla "baby" all of the sudden after prolly 15 years since i heard those songs and now just want to find them!. just like the scatman which took me a while to figured out but this song i just couldnt find any results!. i apologize for the very poor description i give, but i dont know what else to say about it!. anyways thanks for trying Www@Enter-QA@Com
