Ready to Die definitely gets to my top 5, as does 36 Chambers!. Here's mine:
1!. Paid in Full
2!. It Takes a Nation Of Millions!.!.
3!. Ready to Die
4!. 36 Chambers
5!. Straight Outta Compton
Very hon mentions: Illmatic; Licensed to Ill; Criminal Minded, Raising Hell
There's no way you can put OB4CL over 36 Chambers!. The Chronic is the most overrated record in hip hop history but it did originate a new sound - G Funk - for which it deserves credit!. All Eyez on Me was a double CD with a lot of filler so it shouldn't get any consideration!. Straight Outta Compton was the pinnacle of West Coast Hip Hop!.
I also agree Road to the Riches was dope but it doesn't belong in top 5 consideration to be honest!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

No Tribe Called Quest!? No Beasties!? No Outkast!? No Eminem!?
No Jay-Z!? No Wu-Tang!? No Run-DMC!?
We're talking about 7 major influencers who expanded the entire genre of rap to new audiences, and broadened the definition of what rap was and to whom it could appeal!. It just seems worth mentioning to me, over Rae Kwon, for example!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
