I am not sure!. I think people are saying that he is the best because he is very commercial!. Young people (probably like yourself) like him because he has nice hooks and catchy beats!. The reason I think that he's not the best rapper is because his music does not have any quality content!. He is not talking about anything that will affect the world or enlighten others in a positive way!. True rappers (lyracist) like KRS 1 or more recently Common or Talib dont get as much radio play because their music has positive messages and gives listeners things to really think about!. In my opinion, Those artist should be considered the best rappers!. They give us music with with a purpose whereas lil wayne's music really has no purpose at all!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

As a music addict, I wouldn't consider Wayne the best!. Although I do like his way of rapping, which i believe is called stream of thought rapping!.
