Question: Is it legal to sell a cover version of a song by a well established band!?
If I record my own cover of a song can I sell it with things like "snocap" or is that illegal!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

You'll need to clear your song with ASCAP and pay and and all royalties, as requested by the band's label!. If you want to stay legal, anyway, though most small bands know that the big wigs won't be hearing that Mountain cover, anyway!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
