I agree with both JRob's and Bianca's answers, but I'm gonna go with Lil Wayne just because he is so overrated!. Yeah, Soulja Boy is a terrible rapper but to be completely honest I don't even consider him a rapper!. Rakim was a rapper, Biggie and Tupac were rappers, and there are countless other emcees that I would call "rappers"!. I will never put Soulja Boy in that category, he's just cheap commercial entertainment!.
But Lil Wayne gets way too much attention for average beats and lame lyrics ("A millionaire, I'm a young money millionaire, tougher than Nigerian hair!. My criteria compared to your career just isn't fair!. I'm a venereal disease, like a menstrual bleed," what the ****!? And people loved the Carter III!?)
Bottom line: Lil Wayne = overrated, there are dozens of other rappers out there who are way more talented than Lil Wayne, they just haven't hit the mainstream!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Soulja Boy by far, Wayne isnt even close to being the weakest out, yes he has released some bad songs RECENTLY, but his career is pretty good and besides Mr!. Carter & Im Me are twoof the best songs I have heard recently, idk what some of these people are talking about look at some of the crap that has come out recently:
