Quite true!. Mainstream hip hop has turned rap into pop music!. It's trying to turn hip hop and rap into dance music and club music and that isn't what 90% of rap music isn't supposed to be!. Hip Hop & Rap is lyrical music that tells stories!.!.!.most people prefer to listen to it!.!.!.not dance to it!.!.!.but this new stuff is completely different!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
rap had a background and a story behind it!. Now its all sell-outs and about who can sell records!. Rappers are now aiming music toward the female audience which is why the music is so girly!. Sadly a lot of guys like that music too!. They say there are a lot more gay people today then 10 years ago so that could be an answer why!. You want the old stuff, real hip hop is still underground!. Start your underground chapter with the song "seasons" by cunninlynguists which talks about the road rap has gone through!. Read the lyrics online while listening to it its amazing!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
