I can only make an educated guess!. It sounds like a "Ballade" by Chopin!. I'm really only familiar with his best known and most popular one, "Ballade #-1 in G-minor"!.
You might got to You Tube and check out the others; I think there are something like 6-7 of them!.

Sorry, I don't know!. It sounds like the middle of an Etude or something!. Something by Chopin or Listz perhaps!?

Well I'm fairly sure it's not ballade 1, 2 or 3!. At 2!.30 it becomes ballade 4, but I'm not familiar with the 4th, and don't recognise the bit before it!.
