Sounds like "Teenage Kicks" to me!. The original version is by a band called The Undertones but the song has been covered a lot, so the versions you heard in those programmes may be by other bands!. The best bet is to look up the soundtrack tracklist for "Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging" on Amazon or something and see if it's on there!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
