I think different things work for different people at different periods of their lives,so you can try a variety of things and then decide what's better for you!.
For me though,it seems that light-mood tunes by the Ramones and The Beatles these days greatly relax me and rid me of tension,so that would be my small suggestion!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The first driving lesson I had, my teacher told me we were going to go out on the street!. I was freaking out, haha!. But, I didn't crash, so that's good!. Driving is really easy, actually!.

My teacher chose the music, which was always classic rock!.
Perfectly fine with me, though!.
Edit: listen to some Bob Marley, too: Three Little Birds, One Love, Could You Be Loved!?, No Woman No Cry!.

Hmmm, try some Dark Side of the moon!. You are lucky you get to choose the type music you get to listen to!. We only had radio, and if i wanted relaxing music i would tune it into the smooth jazz station!. I tried playing records in the car, but it didnt go well lol
