You need to build yourself a mental library of catch phrases in your head that you can throw in your freestyling!. If you know a lot of good catch phrases, they can save you when you can't think of something especially in the beginning stages!.
also, make a cd with just beats, no lyrics and try to rap over them while your feelings are the strongest!.
I've never free styled before but i gave it some thought and that's what i assume a rapper should do if it doesn't come to him naturally!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
