Have you missed the Grunge Decade?!
Question: Have you missed the Grunge Decade!?
Does anyone else who was born in the 90s feel miserable when they realize that they've missed the Grunge decade!? I would give SO MUCH to have seen amazing bands like Nirvana, Soundgarden and AIC live!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Hell Yeah! Though, I still live in my own 90s world- 99% of my CD collection is made up of Nirvana (the greatest band there has ever been and will ever be), Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, STP, Mother Love Bone etc etc!. Unfortunately I never got to see Nirvana either!. I saw Chris Cornell late last year- he played a bunch of Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog classics and was unbelievable!. I have seen Pearl Jam a bunch of times too!. All the good ones are gone though!.!.!. Kurt Cobain, Layne Staley, Andy Wood, Shannon Hoon!.!.!. it's so sad!. I tell ya, if I had a time machine the first thing I would do is go back and see all the greats play!. Until then, I crank up the CD player as loud as I can and take myself back there every day!. Damn that Courtney Love though!.!.!. she can rot in hell!Www@Enter-QA@Com
The grunge years were magnificent, I saw so many great bands (missed out on Nirvana though!.!.!.)
Soundgarden - Great to see live, but it was the last act of the festival and I was exhausted!.
Primus - saw them several times, close to the best live act ever!.
Faith No More - rocked their *** off!. Not exactly grunge, but grunge-era!.!.!.!.
Others - can't think of them now, I was pretty wasted at the time!.!.!.
However, I suffer from wishing that I could have seen all the great acts of the '70s, like Led Zep, Pink Floyd (when they were still really Pink Floyd), Queen, Bowie (at the height of his career) and all those acts in the golden era of progressive rock!.
(can't think of them now, I was a toddler at the time!.!.!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com

I missed it too!. I came to this world too early!
By the time I asked my son, "hey, what's that great sound!?" he replied, "dad, I ve been at it for 8 years already!. grunge has passed its peak!"
Well, I did some catching up and I thoroghly enjoyed the least few years of grunge!Www@Enter-QA@Com

The only thing I hate is I never got to see Nirvana!. My dad is a big fan, and he always tells me how I would always pick up their CD and hold it up to him!. Hahaha!. Ironically, they're one of my favorite bands!.
