I strongly agree with Ocarina Of Time, my second favorite is A Link to the Past for the Super Nintendo!.

Ocarina Of Time is probably my favorite because it integrated the earlier themes and style of the earlier games nearly perfectly into the N64 and generally was a great game!. However! A Link To The Past must be mentioned as it is probably the best Super Nintendo game ever made, and if not it's tied for the best with a few other classics!.
Although I guess it's woorth noting that Ocarina of Time was the last one I got the chance to play all the way through, as I'm a Sony man and Nintendo has kept a death grip on the rights to that series!.
