Why do so many people dislike Nickelback?!
Question: Why do so many people dislike Nickelback!?
I've noticed that Nickelback gets a lot of negative comments in this forum!. Despite being Canadian, I think they're a great guitar driven rock band!.
also, who would you compare them to!?

I'm personally not a fan of them, but I don't really have anything against people who are!.
To me, their songs sound very similar to each other, and I personally prefer a band who offers more variety in their song choice!.
also, there are too many bands that sound the same today!. Staind, Theory of a Deadman, Hinder (those being the bands that I would compare them to), and other rock bands today all seem to sound eerily similar to bands like Nickelback, and I personally get tired of hearing the same thing over and over again!.
Of course, though, fans clearly see something in their music that I don't see, and I respect that, but that doesn't mean that I like Nickelback at all!. Because I don't!. xDWww@Enter-QA@Com

But really, they aren't very talented!. I can't think of anyone to compare them to!. Def Leppard!? Oh hell no! I love me some one-armed drummer by the name of Rick Allen!.
To be honest, I do listen to their really old music every once in a long while!. It's not as bad as their newer stuff, although I wouldn't say it's very good!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i think they're okay!. my son likes them a lot!. took him and 7 other of his friends to see them in concert!. put on a great show!.!.!. i think more women like them though, it seemed to be that way at the concert!.
but the younger kids/boys/girls like them too!.
