No I don't listen to music when I try to go to sleep!. If I do, then I will tend to listen to it and start snapping my fingers, tapping my foot, sing and then I want to jump up and start dancing!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
Oh yes!. I listen to the Beatles and Led Zeppelin!. When I listen to the Beatles I usually listen to their 'Let it Be' album!. I used to listen to the White Album but I got tired of being jerked awake by Helter Skelter!. When I listen to Zep!. I usually listen to the Song Remains the Same version of the Rain Song, then I usually listen to the rest of the Song Remains the Same album!. On occasion I'll listen to the Who and I'll just pick an album at random!. I need to listen to music I like because if I don't it won't bore me to sleep, it'll disgust me and then it gets stuck in my head and then I'm lying there wide awake with this bad song repeating itself over and over and over again!. On average I'd say I fall asleep listening to music about 5 nights out of a week!. I just hate waking up in the morning with earphones tangled in my hair!. I'd use my CD player but that would wake my parents up!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
No no, I don't!. I generally can't fall asleep listening to music, it requires too much of my attention to use it as background noise, so if I'm trying to sleep, it only distracts me!. :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
