yes you can i use Bitpim but check if your phone is listed its free but you need the usb cable to connect the phone to computer but check if its listed and have mp3s ready in mind and what part of it you want so it can be your ringtone about 25 secs should be good!.!.!.!.

Yes you can still get rock songs as ringtones without bluetooth!. It still depends on the phone though!.!.!.my last phone couldnt!.
