How do i tune a ugilaly?!

sorry i dont know how to spell it!.but anyways i just got back from a flea market and i bought a ugilaly their!. i play guitar and ive been wanting a ugilaly just to mess around with becuase i thought it wouldbe fun!.my first question is should all the strings be the same size!?because they are!.and also how to i tune it!?thank you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
