TLC definitely had talent, they had such a fun look and they were always promoting good causes e!.g!. safe sex!. It made them admirable aswel as talented!. CrazySexyCool was a good album but when it comes down to comparing TLC tunes to SWV, I have to go with SWV

I think TLC overall
But SWV had very good songs too, songs I would listen to more than TLC!.
TLC favs- Creep, Red Light Special, Waterfalls, etc!.
SWV favs- Mystic Rain, Love will be right here(michael jackson sample), etc!.
